Buying a Cilice Belt

Hello,

I'm interested in purchasing a cilice belt for my waist, and I was wondering if anyone would be willing to recommend either the one link size or the three link size. I like the idea of the three link one, but was curious if it might be heavy enough to actully fall down the waist. In that case, is the one link size better?

I wish I could help, I have always used a leg cilice, but have considered a waist cilice as well. If you ever do purchase and use one, can you please write back here with your suggestion of the type to use.
