Blessings to all. By way of introduction, I am 40 years old, female, Anglican, over-educated.

I was privately doing penance without a spiritual director for a long time, with mixed effects, leaving me somewhat confused. I realized that my actions were out of pride, not humility; so I backed off of practicing corporal mortification of any type (aside from fasting during Lent, etc) for several years. I have now reached a place where I am grounded in a routine of prayer, meditation, and service, and hope to better focus myself on the sufferings of Our Lord and of those less fortunate than I. I'll likely be reading posts for a while, rather than contributing at first.

I'm going to list all the nationalities here, saying "there is no Spanish, there is only one Greek, "etc. Seems to be a very good mean to attract people !

I'm a native Spanish speaker, but I also speak French and English.

I with this forum would come back to life.

God bless you.

Let's pray that it does come back to life.

I personally would love to make contact with any pentients in London.
