I rather like Dark Knight, but you could go for Dark Chicken or Fluffy Knight as something of a compromise?

ollie - interesting to hear that John xxiii spoke of "opening the windows of the church". I believe JPII was known to have talked in terms of the church becoming a "house of glass"... meaning (I think) entirely transparent...

mark - interestingly enough, I was once recommended a very similar occasional prayer, "Jesus Christ my Lord and Saviour, pray for me now, a sinner..."

I too pray morning and evening as a matter of routine, but like others have said, frequently find myself engaged in 'prayer' at other points during the day.
