Re: Work a day penance

Re: retreats

Thanks Bro. Paul, I love the idea of getting away and seeing how well I can get on with trying to develop my relationship with God in such a focused environment. It may be just what I need.

Re: Closest to God

Thanks mark, Dark Knight and hoc. Thats alot of practical help I can work on. I can feel most close to God when I am trying doing the right things! Even the thought of doing good makes me feel I am on the right path, although it isnt until I take the action that I really get the benefits. Also, I am...

Re: Opus Dei centers not called Opus Dei

I agree, I prefer actually for them to call themselves something other than centres, I'm not a fan of that word either.

My question to everyone is this: My faith is not unwavering and I understand that this is why it is called 'faith'. What I would like to know is, when do you feel Closest to God? When is your faith s...

Re: Easter Blessings!

Thank you Bro.Paul :) Good Friday's a funny one though; I just imagine how worried Jesus must've been cause he knew the pain in store for him. I also can't help but feel sorry for Judas as well, I think he actually hung himself on Good Friday. He must've felt such remorse and shame at what he had do...
